A dog-friendly country inn in the pretty village of Croscombe, between Wells and Shepton Mallet. Makes almost everything from scratch using local suppliers and ingredients, with meat sourced within a 25-mile radius. Grows its own herbs and forages for wild garlic, elderflowers, ceps and mushrooms. Game is locally shot. A true Somerset farm-to-table experience in a charming village setting.
