1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using WoofSorted you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of service
WoofSorted is a free directory of dog-friendly places in the UK. Listings are community-sourced and we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or current availability of any listing.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, to harass other users, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
4. User-generated content
You retain ownership of reviews, photos and other content you submit. By submitting content you grant WoofSorted a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, adapt and distribute that content as part of the service. You confirm that you have the right to submit any content you upload.
5. Business listings
Listings may be added by the public or by WoofSorted. We do not guarantee their accuracy. Businesses wishing to update, claim or remove their listing should contact us via the contact form.
6. Prohibited content
- Profanity, hate speech or harassment.
- Illegal content of any kind.
- Spam, advertising unrelated to the listing, or affiliate links.
- False, misleading or defamatory information.
7. Removal and suspension
We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account, at our discretion, without prior notice, where we believe these terms have been breached.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WoofSorted is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service or any listing.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
