An independent, family-run freehouse in the heart of Hastings Old Town, at the foot of the clifftop country park and a stone's throw from the beach - reopened by Tess and Andrew Swan in July 2014, genuinely praised for its outstanding food, including pasta with mussels and partridge, and a cosy snug with a glowing fire.
