A genuinely excellent, unassuming pub on Eastbourne's Seaside Road, described by one regular as "probably the finest pub in Eastbourne, could be the whole of Sussex or even the world" - superb value Sunday roasts led by landlord Andy, with a cosy bar and lounge plus outdoor seating.
