A genuinely lovely country pub in the picturesque village of Sutton Poyntz, beside the river and millpond, looking out over the Downs - a cosy snug, main bar and formal dining room warmed by two log burners, with excellent food that's definitely at the upper end of pub fare, including a well-loved Sunday carvery.
