A pub set in a converted historic water mill beside the River Frome in Whitminster - the mill itself was mentioned in the Domesday Book (1086) and restored from redundancy in 1998 at a cost of £1.5 million, retaining its original mill workings and waterwheel, with floral displays, a beer garden and a well-loved carvery.
