Dog policy

Sheffield Cathedral is a dog-friendly attraction in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Dogs are welcome on a lead.

Its own beloved mascot dog is named Talbot, and the Cathedral runs an annual #StrikeAPaws photo competition with its proudly dog-friendly 1554 Coffee and Gift Shop and the city's Supertram network (which allows dogs on all trams), producing an official yearly "Dogs of Sheffield Cathedral" calendar

About

Free to visit in the heart of Sheffield city centre, a blend of old architecture with newer work added since the end of the Second World War - a genuinely calm, peaceful interior with stunning stained glass and a dedicated chapel to the men of the York and Lancaster Regiment, plus a cafe serving a pot of tea for just £1.
