A charming, quirky tea room in the Pinnacle Quay building on Plymouth's historic harbourside, opened by locals Carl and Jackie White after their youngest child, who has special needs, became more independent turning 16 - genuinely home-baked scones, cakes and homemade food, with owners treating every visitor as a personal guest.
