The cafe bar at Exeter Phoenix, the city's vibrant multi-arts venue and registered charity, home to art galleries, a solar-powered cinema, live music, comedy and workshops - as part of the venue's own Green Phoenix Project, the cafe bar serves entirely vegetarian, locally-sourced food including wraps, toasties, jacket potatoes and seasonal specials, with every penny spent going back into the charity's work.
