Britain's largest cathedral, a towering neo-Gothic edifice completed relatively recently in 1978, funded and built by contributions from people of all walks of life across Liverpool - home to the world's heaviest ringing bells including the mighty "Great George", 3 organs with over 10,000 pipes combined, and a Tower Experience offering breathtaking views as far as North Wales and Blackpool. Ken Dodd's funeral was held here.
