A multi-award-winning 18th-century pub and boutique hotel in the heart of Wedmore village, on the edge of the Somerset Levels with the Mendip Hills as a backdrop. Seven individually designed en-suite bedrooms, a 2 AA Rosette kitchen, and a lively bar open all day. Executive chef Tom Blake produces a seasonally inspired menu using the finest local ingredients.
