Genuinely, extensively dog friendly with a dedicated page on its own website - "with a large garden, it's a great place to stop off... we pride ourselves on being dog friendly too", with lovely local walks and Cadbury Castle right on the doorstep

A family-owned, one of the last non-chain freehouse pubs in Somerset, nestled at the base of Cadbury Castle - widely believed by historians to be the legendary site of Camelot - close to the Haynes Motor Museum, Yeovilton and Castle Cary, a 2022 finalist for Sustainable Pub of the Year and rated in Tripadvisor's top 10% of UK pubs.
