A Grade II listed early 19th-century country inn in the village of West Stour near Gillingham, awarded Taste of the West Gold in 2024 - head chef Nick Cottrell trained at The Shard, The Savoy and Simpson's on the Strand before returning to devise field-to-fork menus inspired by the pub's own kitchen garden, chickens and ducks.
