About

One of England's finest medieval cathedrals and a remarkable example of Early English Gothic architecture. Wells Cathedral welcomes dogs inside — staff have been known to offer biscuits to visiting dogs. The cathedral is a working church and a place of pilgrimage, history and beauty, dating back to around 1175. The surrounding Cathedral Green and Vicars' Close (England's oldest continuously inhabited street) are also perfect for a dog-led stroll.
