About
An early 19th-century coaching inn standing at the main crossroads of Wheddon Cross - the highest village on Exmoor, at around 300 metres - originally a staging post between Dunster and Dulverton, now with 8 en-suite bedrooms, log fires, a patio looking out to Dunkery Beacon, and a renowned Sunday carvery; a short drive from Snowdrop Valley, open to the public every February.
