A genuinely exceptional country inn tucked into a quiet corner of Somerset near Radstock, with an extensive kitchen garden supplying most of the salad and vegetables used in the kitchen - "the countryside welcome you didn't know you needed", with a peaceful garden looking out towards a nearby monastery.
