Dog policy

Officially, extensively confirmed dog friendly - "well-behaved dogs on leads are allowed in the cathedral" per the Cathedral's own official FAQ, though not in the Cathedral Restaurant; a much-loved annual Pets Carol Service sees the whole congregation's animals processed to the High Altar for a special blessing

About

Cornwall's cathedral, a genuinely striking Gothic Revival building constructed between 1880 and 1910 on the site of the old parish church of St Mary - free to visit, with regular candlelit concerts and organ recitals, and consistently praised guided tours led by knowledgeable volunteers.
